Just purchased from them and I can't stress how pleased I was with the whole process. The saddle was perfectly as described; just a phenomenal deal,and shipped up to my door in Alaska in less than a week! Instructions were provided for return and demo-ing, but with the incredibly fair price I received, there's really no need. The saddle is absolutely lovely and so well-kept. So grateful and will definitely purchase again! Next Washington trip I will definitely stop in-person!
