Terrible customer service.
A failing bank with poor customer service. Specifically Chris who’s coworkers confirmed was “new”. Gave out wrong information, wasted my time, couldn’t help at all and has now lost me permanently as a customer. If you’re looking for a bank that charges excessive fees, needs you to come in in person to sign forms to get anything done (doesn’t help when you are out of state with an issue) takes days to get back to you, even after follow up calls, can’t take payment over the phone or knows how to direct you to do so electronica... read more
