I have nothing bad to say about NW Safes. The people are welcoming and knowledgeable. Their selection is impressive and their ability to order exactly what you want is a delight. I ordered a Champion Challenger 30 gun safe, electric lock, upgrade kit (internal outlet, lights, and heating rod) and delivery service. We needed a safe moved from our detached garage into our house up a small flight of stairs. The gentlemen that came to move the safe were courteous and professional. They took precautions to keep from doing any damage to the stairs, deck, door threshold, carpet and base trim as they skillfully maneuvered it into place . The move was completed in a very timely manner and we are very happy with the service.
Wow! These guys have it together! I ordered a safe from Liberty Safes, and Connor from Northwest safe made the delivery. He came on a single small flatbed truck and managed to show me how he can get the safe off the truck without a liftgate and it was impressive. I had a lot of questions that he answered and when I made the online purchase, I was not offered the inside lighting and dehumidifier but he had it already just in case so I had him put that in as well. Northwest safe was awesome to work with when we built our house. We ordered a vault door through them and the whole process was awesome. Connor and the crew delivered the door to the jobsite and then returned to install it when the house was finished. Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier!
