Had my first visit because they were the only nearby place that contracts with my insurance. Edna was a fantastic massage therapist. I look forward to future visits. Update: Edna is no longer there but Amber was very professional, considerate, and personable. She's a great massage therapist!
The massage therapists here must be miracle workers! …because that’s the only reason I can think of for them still being in business after my experience trying to schedule with NW Roots. I wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke with on the phone so I could be specific when I say he needs to find a new occupation. The customer service was terrible; he didn’t even book my appointment after speaking with him weeks in advance, causing me to lose half a day’s work, and he had an attitude the entire time I was on the... read more
