They are amazing! We rigged with them a few years ago and had wonderful service. We unfortunately we're hit by a boat in the Philippines and our mast came down, we were able to save the mast rebuild it. Northwest rigging was wonderful during that time we were able to get some new rigging and hardware half way around the world!
I'd give them more than 5 stars today if I could. I found myself in an emergency situation when my old furler broke and my sail was stuck part way down.... wouldn't go up either. Long story short, Things happened... and then I ended up needing some emergency parts to get my forestay re-attached to the boat and the mast secured. They had the parts AND came right out to help me get the forestay back in place in 30 minutes. Big relief. Thank you, Northwest Rigging.
They were absolutely amazing. They gave us a great quote very quickly. They showed up on time for the appointment completly prepared and completed the work on time. The lines were are great quality and exactly what we needed. The crew was respectful and delightful to have on our boat. The experience couldn't have been better.
Called to schedule some work, was told to email. Emailed with specifics, a month went by with no response and I was just ignored. It's okay if you can't take on new business, at least have the courtesy to not ignore a customer.
