Terrible, If I could give them zero stars I would. I switched our 401K plan over to a simple IRA just so I wouldn't have to deal with their rudeness, stupidity & paying several thousand dollars for nonsense. on top of it. They never use greetings or salutations in their emails & are not clear on their forms when they are asking for information. Very unprofessional & rude.
If your CPA doesn't work with them, why not? Best office staff ever!
Not impressed with most of the folks here. Aside from the receptionist and the first gentleman I spoke with, I find everyone else I’ve dealt with to be rude and curt. They have been handling my 401k for 3 years and I have never received a statement of my account. When calling to ask questions it seems I am directed to a different person every time and they have all been unhelpful and not courteous.
