Did not file on time. Trying to bill me for another year because they didn't get their paperwork done. Do not use at all costs.

Terrible, If I could give them zero stars I would. I switched our 401K plan over to a simple IRA just so I wouldn't have to deal with their rudeness, stupidity & paying several thousand dollars for nonsense. on top of it. They never use greetings or salutations in their emails & are not clear on their forms when they are asking for information. Very unprofessional & rude.
If your CPA doesn't work with them, why not? Best office staff ever!
