Nwplus has been great for the past 15 years. No complaints. They are not out to gouge you, instead more helpful.
All good things must come to an end, I've closed my account today after 16 years. Jazmine V. Made closing my account a painless ordeal, kudos to her, thank you Jazmine V. I gave it a 3 star rating because there are lots of things this CU as a company needs to improve on.
We have had accounts with the bank and multiple mortgages for different homes very disappointed in the service. They have missed making payments to insurance companies. They have missed making property tax payments. Very unresponsive for a bank.
