We have had accounts with the bank and multiple mortgages for different homes very disappointed in the service. They have missed making payments to insurance companies. They have missed making property tax payments. Very unresponsive for a bank.
Shout out to Melissa at Northwest credit union!! For going out of your way as an employee and as a very kind human being! If you have any hesitations about banking with NW credit union, DONT!
My local branch is okay, generally polite and helpful. However, almost every time I have to call in to the main office for more broad support, the person I speak with is not courteous, talks like they hate their job, and is sometimes just rude. I’ve never had a bank (or credit union) that I loved working with, but it’s especially draining to feel like communication is a chore.
