Associate Rachael was very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable of policies and procedures, explained everything in layman’s terms and was very helpful and facilitating my transaction. I am thinking about moving one of my accounts here in the future.
One star only because of how often they do not follow the instructions on the deposit / transfer slips. Everyone is always really nice, but I cannot count on them following the orders on the slips provided.
