I’m insured thru the VA system and I am thankful and impressed with Krystal’s abilities to navigate the VA “red tape” system in getting an authorization for billing. Over a couple of weeks, Krystal was persistent, kept me informed and remained friendly and professional. Glad I chose RET Bellingham as my provider for care. Looking forward to my appointments.
