I’m insured thru the VA system and I am thankful and impressed with Krystal’s abilities to navigate the VA “red tape” system in getting an authorization for billing. They helped me recover from my knee repair surgery. The staff were very helpful and friendly and kept me progressing at a good pace.
Mani and the RET team helped me recover from a rare surgery with a bonus rare complication. They pivoted multiple times as my condition and treatment changed and I felt supported the whole time. Highly recommend.
