Update!! The workers their posted on their social media the unclean moldy kitchen. This place is unsanitary. This center has provided the worst communication. The director does not monitor nor look over the classrooms to ensure new hires are following guidelines. The cameras in the classrooms are pointless and are only accessible in the center. I whole heartedly recommend Northwest Omaha Kindercare! I toured a lot of daycares before deciding on this one and I don’t regret my decision one bit! All staff are extremely welcoming and inviting as soon as you walk in the front door. The director and assistant director, Ms. Kim and Ms. Chelsea are so amazing to work with and communicate extremely well. They plan so many fun events for the kids and families. Could not recommend this location enough! We have been here since 2019 and feel like family! All of the teachers and staff make you and your child feel very welcomed and loved. The facility is clean, inviting and the gym is the best I’ve seen! Our daughter was preschool and kindergarten ready, thanks to the staff. Northwest KinderCare was so wonderful to my boys while they were there! Very thankful for Ms. Kim and Ms. Chelsea and their prompt communication and helpfulness. We are going to miss them!
Amazing center, amazing staff, they truly do care about children! They were the only center in the Omaha area willing to work with our high spirited autistic son. Now he’s going into first grade talking and spelling like a champ. We use the summer school program now and it’s been the best summer so far for him!
