I've been to several massage therapists over the years, but none have made me feel comfortable from the first visit. Stephanie takes time to talk to you about what you want to get out of your session as well as explaining how, why, and what her techniques will do for you. She's also made suggestion for stretching and yoga for in between my massage appointments that are working great for me! Thanks girl! 😉
I have had several massages with Stephanie. She does a great job with being sure to use the correct amount of pressure and making you feel at ease during a session. She also follows up after and keeps a record of your visit so she knows what you prefer each time. She has a great energy, too! I would highly recommend her for anyone with pain or who just wants to relax!!!! She is a gem!
