Booked these guys in advance, received a confirmation email but nobody showed up. Cost me another day rental on the truck and paid a penalty because I had to reschedule the help unloading. Save the hassle and stress and hire somebody else. Unprofessional!
Scheduled a month in advance, received a prompt confirmation email. Then they were a no call/ no show. We tried calling the number listed on our confirmation email (the same one as the website and Google) 100x , tried texting, tried emailing. We revived absolutely no contact from them.

0 stars! Northwest Moving never showed up when they said they would and wouldn’t answer my calls or messages. I clearly should have read their reviews first because this seems to be common for them to do. How can a business even run like this? If Pro Movers wasn’t willing to go out of their way the way they did to move my stuff when everywhere was booked because it was last minute and on the weekend, I would have seriously been screwed. Never posted a bad review like this but others need to be warned!
Deserves zero stars, movers never showed up. No call, no show. First time I’ve been ghosted by guys I wanted to pay. I made an appointment for 2 movers, 16ft truck for 3 hours 2.5 weeks ahead of time, complete with a confirmation email. Called when they were 30 min late and left a message, Never heard back. Talk about making an already stressful day 10 times worse. Fortunately, I didn’t pay them a deposit.
