I’ve been seeing Trey for a bulging disc for about five weeks. Before that, I spent six weeks with another provider in town where my progress had plateaued, and I didn’t feel I was receiving the level of care I needed. I came to see Christy after the birth of my second baby for a pelvic floor eval as well as a running eval. She was so helpful and thorough! We went through my current exercise routine and evaluated for any areas of weakness or potential injury. She gave me tools and ideas to work in to my current routine and tips to enhance my training. I will definitely go back in the future if needed!
Christy helped me so much with pelvic floor therapy and I knew from our first session, she only wanted me to come in when I needed to and didn’t want to me to come in more than I had to. There was homework that was so helpful! I cannot recommend her enough.
I had a great experience working with Trey! I had just finished my initial recovery from a C6-C7 herniation and was interested in recovering to the point where I could return to my activities again (basketball, tennis, and disc golf). It began by understanding what foundational issues still needed to be addressed, getting stronger in specific ways to support my body, and improving my mobility.
