Working with Trey has been awesome! I've had chronic knee issues off and on for 15+ years after an ACL reconstruction but recently took up running to try and improve my overall health. My knee was routinely sore after each run but after working with Trey I'm running up to 13 miles pain free and getting ready for my first half marathon. Trey was super knowledgeable and great at adapting things to my skill level. Definitely will be keeping his number on speed dial for any future issues
