Everyone was very friendly and my appointment with Trey went really well!
Working with Trey was an outstanding experience. He consistently brought a positive, encouraging, and professional attitude to every session. Trey provided targeted exercises that truly helped with my back issues. I always looked forward to our sessions — his approach made a real difference in both my mindset and progress.

Early December of 2024 I had fallen off a ladder, breaking open the skin on my right eyebrow and sustaining a concussion, breaking my right wrist and severely injuring my left wrist (previously broken and T-plate surgery around 2012 - motorcycle accident). Unable to use both of my hands for the initial month after injury, very slowly gaining strength to lift a pound or two with the fingers, I felt helpless and scared to use them. My wife Charlene Broke her shoulder last June after surgery in August 2024 we started with a PT program with another co. They did good work but we felt we still needed more individual attention.
