Worst company I have ever worked with in my life. When you call to make a payment they either 1) Don't answer 2) give you a ring around of people who can help you. My payment is due on the 30th of each month I called 5 days late to make a payment and they continually told me to talk to Jeff. With Jeff not returning phone calls and he's apparently the only one who can give you information I wake up the next morning to my car being repossessed. My wife and I purchased a car through Dennis Dillon using Northwest leasing. After fees and interest a $9,300 vehicle ended up costing us $17,900! We we're told they would report to the three major credit bureaus only to find out after acquiring our credit report they only report to one. We also found a $2,400 vehicle warranty we didn't know was optional. After finally paying the loan off we expected to see the title within two weeks.
