Any R. Was my attorney and she went over and beyond for me my mom and gma. Getting us off a case that should have never had us on it. This program is busy and seems to have limited staff for all the cases going on. I am super impressed and will refer them to people. Thank you so much!!
So far I have been trying to call for over a month. I finally got ahold of somebody last week and they told me they would call on Monday. But no one has. We haven't heard anything from anyone. I will update when we finally hear from someone. EDIT: still no phone call. Still have not heard a peep.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. NJP is a complete farce and doesn't offer any legal services to the low income Spokane population. It's a marketing scheme to secure funding for whoever runs the organization. The "CLEAR Project" is only a few individuals and they cherry pick a handful of cases to approve for NJP. I've called in every day for 6 months during the specified time and every single time I get the same message about "call volumes are too high". It's a scam.
