I can't thank CLEAR/ NWJ Project enough for their efforts. The day before Christmas, I had a collection agency garnish almost $7000 from my bank account, on an eighteen year old credit card debt. I contacted several local attorneys for advice and to see it this was legal. They offered no help, I even offered to pay for consultation, they would only offer to help with bankrupcy. I've tried contacting this office about an urgent matter for over a week now. I've even called specific staff members due to a referral from another firm and nothing coz VMs are full.. phone calls go straight to some automated system that is also "too busy" to take any calls. IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN!
