If I could leave zero stars, I would. NJP is a complete farce and doesn't offer any legal services to the low income Spokane population. It's a marketing scheme to secure funding for whoever runs the organization. The "CLEAR Project" is only a few individuals and they cherry pick a handful of cases to approve for NJP. I've called in every day for 6 months during the specified time and every single time I get the same message about "call volumes are too high". It's a scam. When I called them, they said they were too busy and I never received a call back from them.
Never contacted me the day of court, not before and not after. I was told I'd be contacted, but no, they just got rid of me as fast as they could.
