Before & until eviction moratorium ended, this was a helpful agency with top of the line people who were Respectful, Patient and Helpful. I've left a 3 because 'benefit of the doubt', I can't reach anyone to ask for help. I called clear sr at 9:15 this morning. Tell me how 'due to a high volume of calls we aren't taking any more' at 9:15 when they just opened. So I tried regular clear. Same thing. Is it bc they think low income people don't pay taxes?
