I was contacted to complete the intake process on August 27th. Unfortunately, my experience with the intake process was extremely disappointing. The staff member I spoke with (a female) came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I have worked with this program with my divorce. They were very helpful and did a lot for me. I’ve used them a couple of times and I will use them again. This was out of Everett. I don’t know about kipsatcounty but I’m going to have to try to use them again.
My experience just trying to access your services. edit 3 years later. not one follow up. not once ever. why are you even funded?
They couldn't help with wills and estates.
