Have been hung up on no less than 6 times.. Someone picks up the line for about half a second, then automatically hangs up, so someone is actively denying people resources. Shameful
Could have some more resources on their website. Could have more access to forms and brochures.
I’ve called every day for weeks but the line is always “we cannot handle more call volume at this time” WEEKS!!
No answer any of the ten times I tried calling in the three hour period they are supposed to answer, and no other way to get in contact, Probably a poorly funded and understaffed. Not much of a resource
