So how e actually do you get ahold of someone? Called right attorney 9:15, rang 3 times then said "due to high volume of calls no more calls are being taken" then hung up. What time is someone supposed to call? My daughter is dealing with a custody and DV issue.....at this point her abuser is going to end up with her child all because no attorneys in this state are answer phones. Probably tine to start reporting to the state bar association and reporting false advertising to the FTC.
It’s amazing how there is a service that is offered to the public but yet treat the caller and or customer like they do not matter, like they are ignorant and liars. If they don't like there job why are they there? People are trying to do right by their families follow the laws and they get treated like they are a bother or worthless. No empathy or respect at all.
The Northwest Justice project does not ignore people and I think they're a great team.
I met with two strong amazing women a few days ago, Dlovan and Jill. They were incredibly compassionate and reassuring and spirit-lifting! Wonderful atmosphere!
