The staff was very kind, professional and informative, the hearing test was done very fast, I would advise their service 100%
Lori was in the office when I showed up, without an appointment, a bit delirious that my 5 year old son had seeming lost his ability to hear. She was kind and calm and offered to take a look at him right away. She was so friendly with my son he was completely comfortable with her. She reassured me that he had fluid buildup but there was no need to be concerned, and gave us instructions how to clear it up. Location is great too. A++ experience.
Northwest Hearing Services has always shown us great flexibility and understanding when we are in a pinch while working away from home. I definitely recommend this company and their prompt service. Incredibly thankful!!
