Single mom needing urgent help and was denied.
Just received a reply to my online request re: elder law and legal services for Alzheimer's Disease. Was flat out told that they don't do Guardianship and that my loved one is past the point of legal docs such as PoA and wills. Well, you were wrong to assume. My loved one was diagnosed early and is fully independent and functioning. Do everyone a favor and work elsewhere or shutter your doors. The last thing that people in need of legal services need is to be treated poorly and with attitude. Do better!
Very rude before I could even tell what was going on. Would not recommend ever as they seem like they don't care whatsoever. Probably won't take your case seriously either. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady that answers the phone seriously needs phone etiquette training or she should not be answering phones.
Friendly, helpful staff. It is difficult to get ahold of them and long wait for a call back.
