Poor at customer relations. Needs better training for employees. Treat potential customers like they don't matter. Won't ever do business with this institution.
Amazing service and very good rate for our land loan. The entire team at NWFCS was very pleasant and wonderful to work with.
My husband and I recently went after a long time dream. We reached out to NFCS to purchase 50+acres but we walked away from the counter offer - shortly after that we found 30+ ac piece of land with most of what we wanted. Waste of Time. I already had a plot of land 30+ Acres already picked out and finalized with the Realtor. During this time I contacted numerous outlets to see what bids/creditors are available/interested in and Northwest Farm Credit Services failed to even provide basic answers to questions. I inquired on a $20K loan and they mentioned that the minimum is $25K.
