I came to Kathleen with a complex situation needing a tailored solution. Instead, she let us talk in circles, didn't track time (we had to scramble toward a resolution ourselves at the end), and pushed standard templates that didn't fit our needs. When we pushed back, her response was that she's made thousands of plans using these templates. Not reassuring. At the rate she's charging, I expected active facilitation, not someone who let us run out the clock. I sent her feedback afterward. No response.
Kathleen is a lifesaver- she's an expert at family mediation and is extremely oriented toward creating workable outcomes. And she's kind. Highly recommend.
