I am honestly super surprised at some of these reviews. My children and I have came here for about 3 years now, and every time we do come, we love it. The check in girl is great, the optometrist that does the eye tests is amazing, and the main optometrist, Dr. Garza, is a dream. Very attentive, he listens to all my concerns, and explains everything to me. It doesn’t hurt that he looks like that celebrity Dermot Mulroney, but that’s just a plus. At first I was pretty satisfied. However, a year later I am being told that I owe the entire amount of the procedures done on both eyes even though I paid the entire amount. If you go to this facility, KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS b/c their billing department will try and charge you twice. Fast forward a few months and I'm still receiving a bill for the entire amount although I did pay it. I was assured that the account was all taken care of but apparently someone on that end did not do their job.

Everytime Ive been to this place for a problem with my eye they have run every test possible even though the tests had nothing to do with my problem. They are just out to get as much money as possible from you and your insurance company. They could care less about you the patient. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Ill never go back. They should get 0 stars
