I have a meeting with a creditor and I need the service from Northwest as soon as possible. Called them and set a telephone appointment for later that week. Never called. I called during my appointment time. They would not take me. What? I called 7 times through out the day and following days. 10 days later I called back and still never heard from anyone. They say they are expediting my request everytime. Stay away! Far away.

Had I known how much this place really don't care to help people I would have never chose to hire them for help! My attorney doesn't return calls, never emails back and only cares about the money! Never again will I do business with anyone from this place! I was told my bankruptcy would be a three year contract and after that time I can choose to continue or take over the payments. Yeah that was a lie! I.have so much more to say about this place! Mark ditton your a joke of and attorney.

I was calling around trying to get some information regarding bankruptcy. I have never had to do this in my life so I had questions. I called a few places and then called my employee resource number which referred me to Mr. Thomas Mcavity's office. I realized I had already talked to them so I started asking questions. Ya so these guys are really great until they are done and you have paid off everything. Then when you have a question about your case you reach out so many times you can’t remember and they just don’t get back to you. Still waiting and I first tried to contact them two months ago.
