Great customer service from the young man Cam.
Good bank
BEWARE! Get your money out of this credit union. Put your money in a OCCU account, or even a mattress before working with NWCU. Cam who works with member services lacks the necessary training and abilities to handle your business effectively. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Take your finances elsewhere and do not apply for loans here.
Terrible bank. Right up there with Wells Fargo. Cashing post dated checks, making up over draft fees and refusing refunds when shown their error and currently attempting to break a legal contract that has already been signed and agreed upon. Scamming bank & a terrible institution!!
