We went in to talk about our checking account and we were treated horribly by a gentleman who sits at a desk, I believe his name is Miguel. He talks very softly with a computer screen covering his face. I mentioned a couple of times that I couldn’t hear him. He continued to talk softly and dismissively to us. After the second time of saying I can’t hear him and I can’t see his face, I finally stood up to look at him over his monitor.
