Do not use them as a lender. The customer service us horrible. If you change car insurance they will say they can't confirm your new insurance unless you use a 3rd party and will charge you extra money for "insurance they purchase for you." I am now double insured for no reason. They are not helpful with fixing the situation at all. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible and will never recommend this credit union to another soul. Save yourself the headache and go with a different lender.
They are never helpful always get transferred because no one knows how to do anything correctly. They constantly screw us over because we call set up things they say ok we will get it done. Dates come around and what do you know they never did it. You have to constantly hold their hand to make sure they do their job. Absolutely frustrating having to do the jobs for them that they’re paid to do.
