Their customer service sucks and they actually can't properly keep track of your account. Then when you ask for certain documents they can't provide them. So make sure you keep your own documents and how much you paid into their usless bank or you will pay more. This bank is horrible, I highly recommend rogue credit Union.
I always receive excellent service.
Had my card hacked again and talked to the fraud people. As a truck driver only having a bank card to be able to eat, being told they cant turn my card back on. Thats just we dont care if you starve to death.
