First, they were Northwest, then they talked to us, sort of change to twin star Northwest and then without word or warning now, their peak. I don't like the change. I don't like what's happening and they're collecting data that is unnecessary for a credit union. And they're sharing it to people who are for advertisement purposes. According to their own websites, I think it's time to switch.
This has to do with the Eugene branch. Tried to do a balance transfer. I called two weeks later Because the balance transfer had not happened and all they could say is they weren’t sure what had happened and I would have to resubmit it. Mind you I had to talk to somebody Over the phone and they have to mail a check that can take up to a couple weeks to get where it’s going. The bank inside is great The people in there are great. But the company sucks! Every month it seems like I'm trying to make payments on my truck payment and I can put money in my account but I can't make the payment then I have to call and it takes sometimes hours to be able to make the payment. It's so annoying the lock my account they'll take my money but they won't let me transfer and make payments on loans they gave me it's ridiculous.
Their customer service sucks and they actually can't properly keep track of your account. Then when you ask for certain documents they can't provide them. So make sure you keep your own documents and how much you paid into their usless bank or you will pay more. This bank is horrible, I highly recommend rogue credit Union.
I always receive excellent service.
