Twin Star merge is CRAP, Was on the phone for over an hour and then the second person said I need too contact Falcon???? Card is locked, Account was locked for almost a week..... First call center hung up on me, WTH NWCU????!!!!!! We'll i just might be changing too another credit union.
I thought they were a great bank until I had a fraudulent purchase and there ai said my account doesn’t exist several times

Place is a joke. Not a member but went to the ATM to get cash and went into to see if I could get change for the money I withdrew from their ATM that we charged me $3 for and they tell me they can’t give change to non members. So I can withdrawal money from your ATM and you charge me a fee but I can’t get change with the money I got out of your ATM. Completely dumb
Since moving to Coos Bay service has been less than pleasant.
