I actually went in over 2 weeks ago to have a card mailed .. the banker looked at me told me he read what I told the staff member on why I HATE GOING IN .. AND PROCEEDED TO DO JUST THAT.. “ customer service” without actually providing the service is actually RUDE and inconvenient and not “friendly” i took time out my day to go to the bank to have a card mailed THAT WAS NEVER MAILED AND THE STAFF MEMBER TELLS ME HE IS READING MY CONVERSATION ON WHY I DID NOT WANT TO COME IN PROCEEDS DOING EXACTLY THAT AND NEVER DOES WHAT I AC... read more
The service is terrible. I avoid going inside at all cost.. ITS LITTERALLY ANNOYING . Every single time I go inside I have to ask to only be asked questions about banking.. EVERYTIME. No privacy . Staff working with other customers will ask the staff member working with you what you came in to do (why they needed that information idk) and they will yell it across the room .. so if your doing anything that you would want to not be yelled across a bank, you may be out of luck. what is the purpose of the offices ?
