I am a military member who is out of state on orders for seven months. My wife is at ome withour four sons alone. My wife tried to call and pay off our auto loan and they would not let her pay it off. I called NWCC on May 18, 2021 and spoke to an agent. He said he made a note in the account allowing my wife to pay off the loan and took my cell phone number down in case they needed to call me to verify anything else.. Do NOT use this credit union! I paid off my car loan and instead of reporting my loan closed, they reported it as delinquent! And they REFUSE to do anything about it. They want ME to dispute it to have it taken off my credit report rather than fixing the problem they created! I'm in the middle of a home loan application. The dispute will take 30 days. Because NWCU is too lazy to fix their own error, they make the customer fix their errors for them. Thanks for holding up my home loan NWCU.
