Great bank! Customer service excels here. The team is great and we are so happy we bank with Northwest at the Simsbury branch.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Every time I walk through the doors, I am met with the nicest staff who will always ask how I'm doing or how my day is going. They constantly give back into their community, and keep in personal touch with any issues you may have.
Best place to bank. Very professional and respectful. They got a good group of people running that branch.
