One of the reasons I have never changed, even when big banks make crazy promotional offers is for the VERY PERSONALIZED, SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, small town feel! They know me name, they even know things about me; but most importantly they truly care about the customer and work with you in whatever big and small personal, kind ways that they can.
