The man I spoke to today was very unhelpful. Getting information out of him was grueling. I got the feeling he really didn't care about me or trying to help me.another lady was there as well. When he went to the back, she looked at me and said, he's rude! So, it wasn't my imagination!
NWC thinks they own Barely street and the harris county sheriff is there to back their belief. I suggest you avoid this area and obey if you don't want problems.
I witnessed two of their employees aggressively confront a journalist who was quietly taking a few pictures of the area. It would be one thing if the journalist was on their property, but he was clearly off their property, and they should have just minded their own business, rather than causing a scene and public disturbance. Customer service doesn't seem to be "their thing" at all, so avoid if you are looking for "nice folk" who are professional and act their age...
