Best service I’ve seen in a long time from any bank in a long time
It's a small bank, but I love that they know you and have a personal relationship with their clients.
Customer since 2004 and never had an overdraft fee. PayPal messed up and we ended up with $100 in overdraft fees and the woman who we had to call to tall about the fees said "should have answered the phone when I called friday, I would have worked with you on friday" and waived only $40?! Worst customer service experience. We'll be cancelling our 15 year old account as soon as the account is settled. $25 fees for overdrafts on charges that never even came out of the account is ridiculous.
The friendly staff is always ready with a friendly greeting and the help you need. Wonderful banking experience for personal and business accounts!
Absolutely incredible customer service. I have two loans through this CU and wouldn't go anywhere else. I first called to get rates and Tom answered. He was extremely helpful and replied instantly to every call and question when I was looking for a vehicle. I found a motorcycle I wanted and I was so excited to get it before the weekend but was running out of time on a Friday.
