They were excellent in setting up a joint account for us. They were very helpful. They were attentive to our needs and gave us information about identity theft. Pamela spent all the time in the world and was excellent.
I appreciate the prompt service at Northwest Christian Credit Union. I had a quick transaction to do after work and was able to drop by on a Friday afternoon. The teller took time to clarify and double check my transaction.

This was the third month in a row that my Rent check was DENIED!! Additionally, my attempt to have a car down payment for something I was trying to buy at Carnax which is right across the street was DENIED. I had called to have the limit raised to allow this transaction. I was told " OK. I will do that right away." Then the person must've left for the day because our attempts afterwards at the dealership were denied every time. This isn't very Christian like to deny a person the use of their account.
