Great people and customer service.
I brought my ebike in there for a brake change and they got it fixed. I have a appointment with them coming up and they are doing the same thing, this time on a Hikeep e bike. They are really friendly and love to help solve your problem I would recommend this place for new bike owners

Found myself on a business trip for my 40th birthday. I decided to treat myself with renting a bike near a trailhead and getting a ride in. Peter at NWB was so helpful. Got me setup with a bike, helmet, and a full water bottle. He told me all about the trails and was super passionate. I had a great ride.. Thanks again.
