Bought a Santa Cruz Bullit from these guys. They built it quickly and set it up for my riding style. Also tweaked it when needed. Great service.
I was just driving down to ride sunrise peak when I realised I’d forgotten my jersey. Desperate, I beelined for Northwest and, although they couldn’t help with a road jersey, they trawled through the back of the shop to find something that meant I could carry supplies with me on my ride - quickly finding a small top tube bag. Their great customer service and effort (and some luck!) let me go on the best ride of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to the guys at Northwest - I’ll be back!
NOT FAT-TIRE FRIENDLY! This place used to be awesome. Not sure who the repair tech was a few years ago when I last got service from this shop, but he was awesome, knew what he was doing, and didn't have issues working on my fat-tire bike and parts. Where'd that guy go? I recently took in fat-tire rims which needed new spokes and trued, and also had new tire liners, tubes, and tires that I'd asked for them to install while they were working on the rims. Not only do they have a great online store but the physical shop and staff is amazing!!! I brought in my Park Tool truing stand due to alignment issues and they were so friendly and resolved my issue right there and then! Thank you so much!!
Anyone who follows me and my reviews knows that I am big on Customer Service and I do mean BIG. To me it's either you have those skills or you don't. And if anyone goes above and beyond I can rock with that without hesitation. This is for the staff of Northwest Bicycle who handle the Online orders.
