I was very impressed with their service! The young person came out, took out my old battery and put in a new one and made sure everything was working. All this happened in the timely manner. I recommend this business for anyone that has car issues. Very honest, and professional, and of course, very friendly!

My son needed a new battery after the car was stored for three months . I called northwest and they were very accommodating and after setting a time and date they were prompt and met my son as scheduled per our call . He discussed all my battery options and was very helpful . Would defiantly recommend and use them again . Well done !

Our technician was a huge help and very thorough. He didn’t leave until he was sure the battery would work for us and the low power mode message went away. He also tested our old battery to make sure it was actually bad. Super fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. These guys are the real deal.
