Not friendly at all.
Called the bank and explained I needed a couple of employment documents notarized. They assured me they could do it at any of their branches. I took it up to the Locust Street location and this girl with black hair and a second one with red hair got all confused by the documents and told me to take it to a library, they said were afraid they'd fill out the paperwork wrong and it would be a problem for the bank. I attempted to cash a $10 check written by a Northwest Bank account holder. Because I myself am not a Northwest Bank account holder, I was told I would be required to show two forms of ID (no problem), submit a thumbprint (a little extreme, but no biggie), and pay $7 for the privilege of cashing a check that is drawn on this bank. As a result, I did not cash the check, and will NEVER be a Northwest Bank customer.
