I used to really like this bank. I’ve been with them about 13 years now, since 2012. I’m not sure what has happened but in the last year and a half or so they’ve become really hard to work with. It’s difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when I call, they have weird issues with the app all the time, and take ages to process deposits. There have been several times I’ve gotten a paycheck direct deposited and verified with my mobile app that the money is available, but my card will still decline when I try to use it.
