If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve had my car loan with this bank since January 2021 and have had nothing but problems since - especially with getting set up on draft and then being kept on draft (of no fault of my own). I spent 5 hours on the phone with some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with trying to get draft set up to begin with and now I’ve been taken off it again with no explanation and no warning.
