WOW! Northwest bank is a dumpster fire. Commercial business stay far away! Deanna the manager of their business banking department just disclosed to me that the bank is over leveraged in investment real estate. THEY NO LONGER REFI, INVESTMENT LEND OR LOAN DO SMALL BUSINESSES FINANCING. They will pigeon hole your business. They are changing all their loans for anyone that wants to take out money on their business or real estate. This bank is in big trouble. Super Slow Service
Luzerne Bank was the best. These guys are Budget Wells Fargo. Run!!! Got charged or glitched $0.16 in fees on a loan payoff 44 days after they processed the payment. No notification. I don’t think Luzerne ever cared to bother a customer over .16 cents but i don’t know. Northwest takes over and reported that to Experian, cost me 100 points on my credit score. Again, run, they will just tell you they are too small to help if you ever really need them.
