WOW! Northwest bank is a dumpster fire. Commercial business stay far away! Deanna the manager of their business banking department just disclosed to me that the bank is over leveraged in investment real estate. THEY NO LONGER REFI, INVESTMENT LEND OR LOAN DO SMALL BUSINESSES FINANCING. They will pigeon hole your business.
