Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Absolute most horrendous bank. Terrible customer service. It took nearly 60 days to get the help I needed. I was forced into this back from my auto loan getting bought out and it's been nothin but absolute treachery.
Kay Daniels could not be a worse of a commercial loan officer to work with. It has taken 8 months for her to tell me that they dont allow refinances on properties. How can a bank operate when their staff doesn't even know what they do or dont do. Northwest does not work with businesses. Terrible experience. Read some reviews at other locations. Northwest bank is a terrible bank for customer service.
