There aren't enough branches and I have to travel to get to one. Then they closed at 4 pm M-T and are closed on weekends. This isn't really helpful for people that work. I was originally outsourced to this company. I will be changing soon.
Jeff and Rob are so awesome and efficient every time I visit them!
We have been customers of the bank for over 17 years, in two different states. Both locations we used as our main branch gave impeccable service. The tellers go out of there way to recognize us & remember our names. It's a personal touch of each branch. We have also used the bank for other services, and have had nothing but top notch service.
