I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who actually spends their money. I call the Jefferson location because thats my local branch and I am never happy when the call is over. There’s been a few times when I was on hold and got hung up on I knew it wasn’t a coincidence when it happened more than once. They also told me I had to come in the local branch to get a block removed off my card just so I could purchase something online but once I leave the bank i won’t be able to purchase from the site again. Nice branch, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help its customers. Especially Personal Banker John Dibiase, very helpful.
Extremely poor service specially the people sit in the office so I closed my account with Northwest and went back to M&T.
