The assistant manager was so nice.
Here it is a quarter to 10am on a Saturday where the bank closes at 12pm and this location seems to struggle with opening on time. Atleast 10 of us are standing in 40° weather in hopes we can access our accounts.
Northwest Bank's service has been underwhelming. When I deposited over $200 at their ATM, it failed to process the transaction correctly and seized my money and card. I am now attempting to resolve this issue with the bank. They are very slow. If I had misappropriated over $200 from them, I would be in jail. Great staff on Jefferson but very bad experience when calling the 1800 number to make a claim. On 6/20/25 I deposited money into the ATM machine. I been with Northwest since 2016, I been to every location in Buffalo NY and they always have great customer service BUT this particular branch on Jefferson is thee worst location to go to, they ATM machine outside always down, or looks like it not trustworthy for you to put your money in that ATM. I goes there on Sunday to load cash in they ATM because it was closer to where I was heading to, and they took my money and immediately spit it out and they machine was beeping so loud for 20 minutes and then they took my debit ca... read more
