The national Northwest Bank never returns a phone call. Not this branch, but google wanted an address.
Cashed a pay roll check for my business like I always do every other week and for some reason this time they took it out of my checking without knowing; I tried getting gas later with my card and wondered why it was declined and was stranded until I could get a friend to come pay for the gas for me. Very Dissapointed.
They lied me me when I started my account telling me that they wouldn’t take money out of my account if I didn’t have it 5 years later and it happened and I get a $37 insufficient fee! they told me yesterday I would get my money back today and they don’t known why it’s not in my account today if I could give them a 0 i would they can get there money like that but I have to wait to get my money back from them NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!
