Over the past year the atm here has been “out of service” every other day I swear! Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. At this point, just update the machine to a newer version? If you come before or after teller hours, then you’re forced to go to another location if it’s an emergency.
Tellers are great and try to help immediately but the managers or whoever sit in the offices just ignore you until they're absolutely needed. Total time waiting: 10 min ( 1 person in lobby for ~2 min) Once the teller noticed the manager wasn't coming after being called out she took care of me.
Extremely friendly folk and easy to work with. I worked with the bank manager Nicole Danz to figure out a few gaps and issues I had. She gave great recommendations, made the process simple for me to understand, and even followed up with me later to make sure all was fine. Was well worth traveling an extra 20 mins to come to this specific Northwest branch instead of the other one closer to me.
