I've worked for this location so my experience is this location and people around at this time. All I wanted to do was my job and live my life but retail attitudes and personal biases led me to leave. This environment was toxic from the talking of “inner city thugs” to people telling me that I needed to be “more uppity.” I had someone on the staff telling me that a Netflix show called “They Cloned Tyrone” reminded them of me. The in-person staff are great people. However, if you told me that the customer service for Northwest had a secret employee who actively made my experience with them as difficult as possible, I wouldn't be surprised in any way. Forced password changes constantly. Loses contact with my venmo somehow so I can't send money. Mobile deposits will fail for terrible reasons such as "a corner of the paper was out of the shot." Worst customer service. I cant get my business account switched over fast enough. Sneaky lying employees and assistant manager. Looking for a bank for your small business, avoid Northwest. Its as if your business means nothing to these people.
