Very poor service at this branch, and the teller was rude… I wish I can give ZERO star for them today!

Disgraceful bank. Was charged $37 for an overdraft ‘returned item fee’ for an accidental payment of $24 which was returned within a couple of hours. Manager refused to refund the fee, stating it was due to the fact it occurred ‘overnight’… despite the fact Northwest online banking isn’t available after 8pm- meaning you can’t transfer funds or see accurate amounts in your accounts.
