After the merge with Jersey shore and everybody getting new cards my wife and I who share an account she got a new card but I never did. I've called multiple times and talked to multiple people who said they would look into it and call back, haven't heard a thing. Got a call from a worker saying they would email the paperwork for me to e-sign so I can get a new card, never got the email, and they haven't followed up, and when I try calling no one picks up.
TERRIBLE customer service. With them for years and nothing they can do about an overdraft fee despite their failure to notify me in a timely manner. Didn't notify me of the overdraft until they already added the fee! I would have been able to move money and the issue would never had occurred if the overdraft notice came when the overdraft ACTUALLY hit my account. I also had overdraft protection, but aparently not for this overdraft. Doesn't make any sense. Greedy. Closed my accounts after years of business with them over tha... read more
Go somewhere else where they actually want your business. I will be closing all my big business accounts due to terrible customer service and greed. Your loss.
