Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. If things could have gone wrong with an issue that I had with an account there, it did. This situation isn't something that they may run into daily, but feel like every step that I came to with this account was mislead, poorly explained and executed, and crossed paths with numerous staff that had no clue or were poorly informed of how to handle it.
