Drive thru is horrible! Every time!!!!!!!
I need(ed) st stop a loan payment for the wrong amount coming out of my northwest account, they told me that I can stop a payment or do a no sufficient funds(nsf) I got two different versions of the same story with the two separate people I talked two. They won't stop the non authorized withdrawal and they lie saying that they cant. Rude customer service and non competent employees

If your going to change locations you need to have walk up ATM at the new place. After the merge, the service is so slow, usually 3-5 people in front of me while 1 out of 2 employes do their job. Hire more people.
