Northwest Bank Customer Service is very very poor. I just recently started up Mutiple accounts up in Centre Hall Location. It takes them really long to get anything done, Barb just forgets to order stuff and keeps saying she will send me stuff and never does. After almost a month we finally got our personal checks after being told approximately 10 days. We still are waiting on cards etc. that we should have long ago. This is going on 2 months. Great customer service, friendly very competent staff.
Always have had great success with this bank. Enjoy doing business with them. Sad they moved out of my area, but still do my banking with them!!!
