This bank has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. My father passed away 2 years ago and I took over the financial handlings for my mother. My parents had a loan secured with their home. My mother paid the loan off in full in July 2022 and I ask when we would receive the Satisfaction of Mortage. They replied it would take a few weeks and we are now in December.
