Not my normal branch, was passing through and needed help. Talked to teller about what I needed (only customer in the bank), he seemed in a rush to end the interaction from the start. Said he would talk to the manager about my question and rectify it on my account, no need to wait. Immediately doubted that would happen, as he didn’t write anything down, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. 16 years with northwest and I’ve had good interactions/service until visiting this particular branch. The website says it’s open, but it is closed at 2:05 PM the day after Christmas when all other banks are open in the area very dissatisfying as a new customer
