1st time ever having to deal with Northwest Bank due to my car loan being transferred to them and If I could give zero stars I would. Noone should do business with this bank! They make it very difficult to just make a payment. Can't do a phone payment without them charging $10, can't set up a transfer account with them b/c it takes over a week for them to verify it is you and therefore you will get a late fee, apparently you can't do a bill pay with them through your own bank b/c it takes over 10 days to get to them which wi... read more
I had been a customer with this bank for over 10 years just giving them my money. The one time I stop inside and communicate with them that I need a bank card that they never gave me when I opened the account. Fast forward 4 weeks, still no card and when I ask what the delay is, the person responsible conveniently no longer works there. What kind of bank are you running and what kind of employees are they hiring to watch our money??
The branch in Bellefonte has the lowest quality in customer service and it takes multiple times in communication to actually get something done. Very disappointing
