Tried cashing in coins and they told me they can’t accept since they don’t have a coin machine. ABSOLUTELY WILD A BANK DOESNT HAVE ONE!!!! Isn’t that in your job description to count money?

Was charged a surcharge even though it was their own fault. Their ATM was down for maintenance and but still needed cash, had to use another ATM and they charged it even though it was their fault.
